In Marina dei Cesari lands a new business project that enriches the marina services for customers and for the town. It’s called CHEF Fish House and will occupy the premises of the historic J Lounge. CHEF Fish House is a new format which combines seafood restaurant, sale of seafood products fresh, frozen and cooked, culture and tradition of the sea. CHEF is a company that processes and sells quality fish, fresh, frozen, pre-cooked and cooked. Its owner, Alessandro Scarponi, has chosen Marina dei Cesari to launch the new project Fish House that includes bar service and quick service restaurant on the ground floor, fish market and mini market, restaurant and summer outdoors on the terrace overlooking the harbor on the first floor. The goal is to develop a winning format that will be proposed in franchising in Italy and abroad. CHEF fish house will host inside also a permanent museum inspired by the sea and exibitions devoted to young artists. The guiding principle of exhibitions and events will be the sea, its history, traditions and products, culture and cuisine of our land.
